By plane
The nearest airport is Bremerton National Airport, however, only for general aviation. So, if you are going to Washington via airline. Then, the best airport is SeaTac Airport, it is a 1 hour drive to get there, if you take the only way, WA-16 off of I-5.
By ship
There is a dock near Bucklin Hill Road, but however, only use for small boats. No ferries, so, the nearest ferries are the Bainbridge Island-Seattle and the Bremerton-Seattle ferry. So, you shall either choose the Bremerton one as Bremerton is near Silverdale 6 miles from Bremerton.

There are transportation of bus like Kitsap Airport bus line.
By car
If you are coming from East Bremerton, then, take WA-303 north, and, when you cross over the Brownsville Hwy intersection, you will enter a short expressway with exits like Central Valley Blvd, Ridgetop Blvd etc. And, at the end of the expressway is WA-3 interchange, and also, you can take WA-3 if you are from Poulsbo. And a alternative way is that you can go on Viking Way, and go straight on Silverdale Way, and you will enter. And, also, if you are from Seabeck, Go on Seabeck Hwy, and turn left on NW Anderson Hill Road or Newberry Hill road, and if you take the Anderson Hill Road, cross over Old Frontier Rd/Provost Rd intersection, and go straight on the roundabout, after going under WA-3, and if chose Newberry Hill Road, go straight and will change on Silverdale Way NW once you pass Chico Way NW. And also, you can take the Tracyton Blvd to get there too. And Bucklin Hill Road.
